The Art of Becoming

This is the deeper body of work that everything here is rooted in.

Not a method to fix yourself, but a return to what has always been there beneath the noise, the roles, the survival.

A journey through the parts of you that were silenced, stretched, reshaped and the quiet rebuilding that follows.

Embrace what is here

Embody what is true

Empower the life you are here to live

This is where your life begins to reflect you again.

The Art of Ananda

Is a space for women navigating life transitions. For those rebuilding themselves after loss, change, burnout, divorce, grief and the unravelling of an old life.
Through writing, art, embodied practice and gentle ritual, I support the return to steadiness, meaning and inner authority.
This work is slow, relational and rooted in lived experience.

You don’t need to fix yourself. You need space to belong to yourself again.

This is for you if…

You feel like you’ve outgrown your old life

You’re holding it together but something feels off

You want more depth, meaning and connection

You’re ready to come back to yourself

How I support you

Through Kundalini yoga and nervous system work

Through creative expression and writing

Through ritual, reflection and embodied practice
